Onna Deshae is a rising artist, songwriter, and creative performer rooted in Chicago, known for her rich vocals, emotional storytelling, and authentic presence. Influenced by the culture and resilience of her city, her sound blends soulful depth with modern R&B expression. Onna began developing her artistry at a young age, building a relatable catalog of music before aligning with creative companies and organizations that helped shape her direction and growth. In 2022, she released her independent EP, Intro to The Pearl Bible, introducing listeners to her layered sound and themes of womanhood, identity, and personal evolution. Her music is deeply personal and relatable, often reflecting real-life experiences with emotional honesty. Her sound has drawn comparisons to SZA and Summer Walker, with a vocal style reminiscent of Brandy. Now entering a new era, Onna is set to release her debut single, “Fazes,” produced by VoVo & co-produced by multi-platinum grammy nominated music producer J. Wells whose credits include Ne-Yo, Estelle, Angie Stone, Bobby Valentino, and Keyshia Cole to name a few. The single is set to release on April 17th, 2026 in collaboration with Bonzi Records & Virgin- Universal Music Group.
